Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm
Quality Control Technician (Temporary)
Perform basic testing on batch samples using scales, pH meter, moisture meter, and sieve.
Enter simple data and follow established procedures accurately.

* Comfortable with light data entry
* Works independently
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (may perform any or all of the following duties)
*Maintain data for production labels
*Quality monitoring and assurance of products
*Create and maintain TPI documents
*Maintain vendor data
*Review current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standard
*Review internal policies
*Internal audits/plant walk through
*Assist with vendor approval
*Maintain compliance with SQF, FDA and MD Food and Drug.
*Other duties as assigned.

*Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing control procedures
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience
*HS Diploma and a minimum of 1 year previous experience in an administrative or customer service related field, Associate or Bachelors in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
