    Description

    Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Technician for a 6 month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

    Work schedule is 4x10's Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm

     


     Responsibilities

     

    • Performing functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers in quality assurance procedures related to production or operations.
    • Using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes.
    • Determining and potentially assisting in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control.
    • Working with engineers in conducting experiments.


    Qualifications 

     

    • Experience performing quality inspections, preferably with microscopes.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to follow detailed procedures and guidelines.
    • Basic understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
    • Proficiency in data collection and evaluation tools.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • Experience in the medical device industry.
    • Experience with performing quality inspections using a microscope is preferred
    • Familiarity with advanced inspection equipment and software.
    • Prior experience working with engineering teams on quality initiatives.
