The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to accurately document and track quality-related information. Experience working with ERP systems and DocStar document management software is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections of materials, components, assemblies, and finished products throughout the production process.
Verify work performed meets engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
Review manufacturing documentation and maintain accurate quality records.
Navigate multiple computer systems to enter, manage, and retrieve quality-related data.
Utilize ERP and document management systems to support traceability and compliance requirements.
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to resolve quality issues.
Support internal audits and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, aerospace standards, and safety requirements.
2nd shift 4:00pm - 2:30am (Mon - Thurs)
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related industry preferred.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Strong computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple software platforms.
Experience with ERP systems preferred.
Experience with DocStar document management software highly desirable.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
$25/hr.
