    JOB TITLE:             Quality Assurance Technician
    FLSA STATUS:       Non-Exempt
    REPORTS TO:        Quality Manager
    LOCATION:             Owasso, Oklahoma
                                       
    QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN SUMMARY
     
    The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspection and testing of product and to ensure product quality. The Quality Technician will work with a variety of inspection and test equipment. This position requires adherence to process specification and documentation to ensure product conformity, process compliance and product traceability are maintained. The Quality Technician will also assist to ensure nonconforming material is properly identified, contained and dispositioned.
     
    QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

    QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
     
    OCCASIONALLY: sit, push/pull up to 25 lbs., reach above shoulder with both hands, lift/carry 10-25 lbs.
     
    FREQUENTLY: work in front of computer screens, stand, walk, reach outward with both hands, count and calculate.
     
    CONSTANTLY:  handle parts, visually inspect and measure through magnifying glass. Use CMM, Vision system, calipers, pin gauges and microscope.
