Quality Assurance Technician

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor production processing through quality and process audits Conduct necessary inspection using proper equipment and techniques Maintain calibration system Assist in Root Cause Corrective Action investigation Conduct statistical analysis and report findings Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results including FAI Ensure production inspectors are following proper procedure Assist with training of inspection personnel Perform periodic QMS audits Provide management with detailed quality reports as required QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS Strong work ethic Advanced blueprint reading skills and good knowledge of GD&T Basic shop math skills Ability to work unsupervised Familiarity with CMM/ Vision/ precision measuring tools Attention to detail QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OCCASIONALLY: sit, push/pull up to 25 lbs., reach above shoulder with both hands, lift/carry 10-25 lbs.
