Quality Assurance Technician

This is a temporary 90-day assignment offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory and warehouse environment while supporting the testing and certification of electrical safety equipment. Inspect and test electrical safety equipment used by utility workers and electricians.

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Test Lab Technician for a client in Denver, CO. This is a temporary 90-day assignment offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory and warehouse environment while supporting the testing and certification of electrical safety equipment.
 

Pay:

• $17.00 + DOE

 
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and air test electrical safety gloves.
• Re-stamp certifications and perform basic repackaging of tested equipment.
• Safely operate equipment used to test and prepare materials.
• Inspect and test electrical safety equipment used by utility workers and electricians.
• Inventory materials and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Monitor materials throughout the testing and certification process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a dependable work ethic.
