Quality Assurance Technician - 1st Shift

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing the required testing and inspection of injection molded specimens and pellet samples for production, sample, experimental and raw material product types.

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing the required testing and inspection of injection molded specimens and pellet samples for production, sample, experimental and raw material product types. Work Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday Responsibilities Perform required testing of RTP plastics: Typical testing includes a variety of mechanical properties along with conductivity, flame retardant, ash, moisture, flow, and contamination inspectionsPerform injection molding on test specimens, panels, and pucksMaintain accurate records of all testing performedCollaborate with QA Manager and to continually work towards the highest quality productsParticipate in training, retraining, and continual improvement processes and methodsMaintain departmental housekeeping standardsOther duties as assigned
