The role:

Oversee all Quality team checks on production lines and incoming areas to ensure cGMP’s arefollowed and maintained. Perform routine inspection functions of the production mixing lines.Perform sampling, test inspect and approve incoming materials by conforming specifications.Conducting visual and measurement tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Work to provide a GMP compliance company .

  • Review equipment calibration and maintenance records to ensure they are performedcorrectly and on time.

  • Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meetboth internal and external expectations during production run.

  • Perform Incoming component inspection

  • Collect samples from the packaging area for retains when needed.

  • Inspect filled product for expiration dates and lot/batch codes.

  • Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/ as needed.

  • Document nonconforming materials clearly and accurately with discrepancy reports,when required.

  • Ensure compliance with Company specific regulations related to the Quality of theproduct and the proper performance of day-to-day activities.

  • Reports any unusual quality incident to the Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.

  • Follow continual improvement practices and participate in cross-functional teams, whichimpact production, increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings andimprove quality.

  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Problem solver with a sense of urgency


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience FDA regulated products.

  • Ability to communicate, math, write, and read in English.

  • Experienced with measuring instruments (scales, calipers, calibrating thermometers)

  • Basic computer literacy skills in Office Standard Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Office Suite


Schedule: 9:00pm - 5:30am


Salary: $20-$24/hr + $1/hr shift differential
