ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your prior experience with quality assurance principles, methods, and tools. Our core value of Teamwork[RA5.1] will be paramount to this role as you will both work as a contributing member to a team of Contract and Acquisition Specialists.

REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
