We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure the highest standards of janitorial and custodial services are consistently delivered across our contract operations.In this role, you will partner closely with the Project Manager to oversee quality assurance activities, conduct inspections, analyze service performance, and support employee training and development. You will develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection schedules, and service standards while investigating customer concerns and coordinating corrective actions when needed. You will also support employee training on quality, safety, equipment, and service procedures, while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Requirements & QualificationsThe successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in contract services, production, or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Candidates must be comfortable using computer applications, possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, and be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending and kneeling, and working from a six-foot ladder. A commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and operational excellence is required.Hours & ScheduleTypical schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Requires flexibility as needed.
