Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in a print and mail production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality-based inspections, data entry, and production support and a proven ability to meet accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling and quality inspections on print and mail output for all clients.
• Enter data from prepared materials into internal databases with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the QC team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Track, document, and report key quality metrics and defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills for quality checks and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or production, including print/mail or food production.
• Prior quality control or quality assurance experience with inspection sampling.

Screening Questions (include answers at the top of the resume):

• Is the candidate able to work occasional overtime (1-3 times per month) to meet deadlines.
• Does the candidate have experience performing quality-based inspections.
• Is the candidate able to work federal bank holidays if needed.
• Does the candidate have manufacturing or production experience (including food service/food production).

Candidates answering "Yes" to the first two questions will receive priority review. Applicants unwilling or unable to work occasional overtime or federal bank holidays will not be considered.

• Drug Screen: 10-panel. Background Check: Healthcare Package + EMP.
• Candidate not to exceed hourly pay rate: $17.00.
• Type of assignment: Full time. Hours per day: 8. Labor type: Admin/Clerical.
• Maximum submissions per supplier: 2.
