    Position Overview

    The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the retrieval, scanning, organization, and electronic uploading of production records using the company s document management system. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow established procedures, communicate issues promptly, and complete assigned work accurately and within project timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Retrieve production records and prepare them for scanning while maintaining chronological order and accurate filing
    • Scan documents and upload them to the designated document management system in accordance with established procedures
    • Review scanned documentation for completeness, legibility, accuracy, and appropriate filing.
    • Identify and communicate missing information, document errors, or process issues promptly to prevent delays
    • Maintain accurate and timely progress logs
    • Provide regular status updates to management or the project lead
    • Complete and maintain all required training throughout the project assignment
    • Follow applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, safety procedures, and site policies.
    • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling production records

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive documentation activities accurately.
    • Ability to organize work effectively and meet project timelines under direct supervision.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • 2-4 years of experience working in office setting and handling record/documentation
    • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use document management systems.
    • Ability to walk and stand for several hours during the workday.
    • Ability to work onsite in Frederick, Maryland, during the scheduled day shift
