Performs quality assurance related activities to monitor satisfaction of individuals who are receiving IDD services in Sedgwick County. Interacts with affiliates and consumers in the community and provides internal data management for the Quality Assurance (QA) department.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Per Sedgwick County policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid Kansas driver's license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance. Applicable knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access. Must submit to criminal, abuse/neglect registry background checks.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the field of human services or a related field.
