Job Description:
Core Focus: Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing and subject matter expertise for Vanguard workplace systems, focusing on retirement plan contributions, payroll rules, and proprietary Vanguard platform infrastructure.
Key Workstreams:
- Execute E2E 403(b)/402 contribution monitoring, including eligibility determination, transaction processing, limit monitoring, and exception handling.
- Test and validate proprietary Vanguard applications such as client, PE Web, My Plan Manager, eSetup, Infocap, PRS, VISTA, and VISION, alongside PRDS payroll deduction rules.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing, backed by deep data integrity testing and custom DB2 query analysis.
- Technical & Testing Scope: Validate complex workflows, track defects in Jira, execute test automation (TestComplete, Spring Boot, Core Java), and ensure multi-device/OS mobile compatibility.
- Requirements: Mandatory background in Vanguard workplace experience, deep domain knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping/payroll rules, and strong technical testing competencies (Mainframe, DB2, Java-based automation).
