Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of sector procedures, manuals, work instructions, and forms.
• Analyze document content for adequate internal process controls and eliminate redundancies or conflicts.
• Ensure grammatical correctness and apply document standards and formats.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and ensure effective resolution of feedback.
• Maintain strict adherence to process/internal requirements for document control and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience (or a Master's degree).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferences

• Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of government regulations FAR and DFARS.
• Experience in developing and implementing metrics related to process rigor.
