The Quality Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Company''s Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements while promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Working collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain, the Quality Manager provides technical leadership and quality expertise to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing performance. This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance Department, overseeing inspection activities, driving corrective actions, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring that quality objectives align with the Company''s strategic goals.

What You'll Do
As our Quality Manager, you'll lead our AS9100D/ISO 9001 Quality Management System while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range:
100,000.00 - 150,000.00
