Quality Assurance Manager

• A growing food/beverage manufacturer located in Southern CA is currently searching for a bi-lingual Quality Assurance Manager. To be considered, you must speak Spanish and have at least 2-3 years as a quality assurance manager in the food and beverage industry. A degree is preferred but not required for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day quality and food safety operational management of the Plant. This position works in cooperation with the other departments in the facility to develop, implement and modify appropriate plant policies and procedures to ensure the quality and food safety of the products manufactured at the location. The position requires someone with HACCP and SQF experience. The company offers an excellent starting salary, bonuses, good benefits and opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding.
