Pay: $37.00 per hour, Weekly Pay!
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required during the week)

Job Summary
Debbie's Staffing is seeking an experienced Performance & Quality Assurance Manager for a leading organization in High Point, NC. This individual will manage and direct new development and quality assurance initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in project management, quality control, and thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct new development projects and quality assurance programs.
  • Assist in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of departmental quality control procedures.
  • Monitor performance standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to project progress, quality assurance activities, and departmental performance.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain professional correspondence related to projects, contracts, agreements, and other business matters.
  • Review and approve purchases, agreements, contracts, and project-related expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct inspections, evaluations, and performance assessments as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related concerns and compliance issues.
  • Participate in strategic planning and development initiatives.
  • Serve in an on-call capacity as required to address operational or project-related emergencies.
 
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, project management, facilities management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing budgets, preparing reports, and managing contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel between project sites and office locations as needed.
  • Ability to conduct inspections, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and navigating construction or development sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
