Your Contributions to the Team: The Quality Assurance Manager will plan and manage all aspects of the quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities for GloryBee's natural ingredient portfolio. They implement GloryBee's Quality Management Strategy and oversee the day-to-day quality checks within production, raw materials, including lab work, data recording and analysis. They also supervise the work and professional development of Quality Control team members. This person will support and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing, Production, Procurement, and Product Management. Work location is 1680 Irving Road Eugene OR 97402.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides leadership, oversight, and support to the achievement of technical excellence in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety systems according to Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards.Manage quality specifications and ensure all products meet expectationsOperate and maintain in-house testing as requiredEnsure all data is recorded, analyzed, and reported on analytical, regulatory, and sensory related dataAct as a liaison for all regulatory compliance agencies (USDA, FDA, etc.) and matters (audits, complaints, certifications, recall or withdrawal actions, etc.). Interacts with internal and external customers representing GloryBee's Quality Assurance leadership.
