Quality Assurance Inspector
 Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
 Pay: $18/hour
 Location: Winston-Salem/Kernersville area
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support production operations by ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who has strong attention to detail, can follow inspection procedures, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect finished products, parts, and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  2. Perform visual checks, measurements, and basic quality tests using approved inspection procedures and tools.
  3. Identify, document, and report defects, damages, or non-conforming products to leads, supervisors, or quality personnel.
  4. Complete inspection records, quality forms, and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate quality concerns and support corrective actions to help reduce errors and improve production efficiency.
  6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company safety policies and PPE requirements.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support production and quality goals.
Job Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or GED required.
  2. Previous quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
  3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns.
  4. Ability to follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
  5. Basic math, measuring, and documentation skills required.
  6. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed throughout the shift.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
