Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems.
• Collect data during inspections, document findings precisely, and prepare detailed reports for review.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions aligned with quality management systems.
• Support manufacturing compliance by reviewing production processes for adherence to regulatory/legal standards.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external inspections to uphold certification standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of quality control procedures, manufacturing processes, and applicable industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills for data analysis and measurement calculations.
• Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly across teams.
