Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Seeking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to drive the planning, development, and implementation of testing activities to ensure the application meets functional, performance, and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements for testability and completeness using various specification documents.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop test conditions, scenarios, and scripts, and drive them to completion.
• Execute automated scripts using Qtest and Tosca to ensure software quality.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and defect records.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate testing efforts and track testing problems with reproducible test cases.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify and communicate risks, providing solutions before they impact project delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Tricentis tools including qTest and Tosca.
• Experience testing web, GUI, client/server, and database applications (5 years).
• Experience with requirements analysis and automated test case/script development (5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5 years).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Experience with testing Curam products (highly desired).
• Experience testing for health and human services projects (highly desired).
• Experience executing SQL for validation or testing (2 years).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (5 years).
