JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineer
LOCATION:Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $87.88/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Support PrSM Program production and transition to production initiatives at Sites and Suppliers
• Lead strategic initiatives to resolve recurring quality issues
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions for lean continuous improvement
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on quality issue

Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, FAR, DFAR, JSTD
• Experience interpreting drawings and specifications to develop quality test and inspection methods and translate into work instructions
• Experience in disposition of non-conforming products and failure review boards with causal analysis tools
• Advanced experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
• Experience developing inspection plans and performing First Article Inspections to AS9102
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to identify and document supplier quality deficiencies and ensure effective corrective actions
