Location: Quality Assurance - Old Station/Euclid Plant
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 5:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday; Some Saturdays Required. May vary depending on production.
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good leadership abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to supervise/train employees.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus.
- Previous supervisor experience preferred.
- Must be flexible with working schedule.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Duties:
- Assist QA supervisor in daily operations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.
- Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are being met.
- Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.
- Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.
- Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.
- Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Train new employees.
- Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
