    Job Overview:

    The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports both laboratory and manufacturing operations by performing day to day quality control, documentation, and compliance activities. Working under the guidance of the Quality Manager, this role ensures adherence to ISO 17025 laboratory requirements, supports the implementation of manufacturing quality processes, maintains accurate records, performs routine quality checks, and assists with internal audits, CAPA follow ups, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across both laboratory and production environments to uphold high standards of accuracy, consistency, and product integrity.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform routine quality control checks on laboratory data, reports, and production batches to ensure compliance with specifications and documented procedures.

    Maintain accurate records for calibrations, verifications, environmental monitoring, and equipment logs across both laboratory and manufacturing operations.

    Assist with internal audits, document reviews, and management review preparation by compiling data, identifying inconsistencies, and tracking action items.

    Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 17025 laboratory quality requirements and contribute to readiness for external audits.

    Coordinate documentation updates, including SOPs, work instructions, training records, and change control entries.

    Assist with customer complaint data collection, preliminary investigations, and corrective action tracking under the direction of the Quality Manager.

    Maintain vendor quality documentation, certifications, and material traceability for both lab and production materials.

    Support quality inspections and testing activities for manufactured filtration components, including batch/lots, incoming materials, and nonconformance documentation.

    Requirements:

    2+ years of experience working in a quality focused environment such as a laboratory or manufacturing operation.

    1+ years of experience with supporting ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 systems.

    Core Competencies:

    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow structured procedures accurately.

    Competence with documentation control, recordkeeping, and data entry in regulated environments.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating information across teams.

    Preferences:

    Bachelor's degree or associate Degree. in scientific, manufacturing, or quality discipline.

    Familiarity with GC/MS workflows, analytical data review, or basic laboratory operations.

    Exposure to manufacturing quality systems, incoming inspection, or lot/batch tracking.

    Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

    Fully on-site - 8am-5pm - Monday through Friday
