    Description

    Introduction

    Join an agile team within the Commercial Credit Technology organization, contributing to business objectives as planned during PI Planning by the platform management team. This role involves test planning and orchestration for large-scale, multi-project, multi-system test efforts.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of experience as a Test Lead
    • 5-7 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically supporting Commercial Credit
    • 5-8 years of hands-on Test Automation development and execution experience in a structured CI/CD environment
    • University Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium
    • Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, and Perforce
    • At least 5-8 years of experience in software manual and automated testing, with at least 2 years as a QA Lead Specialist
    • At least 2 years of project management/lead experience
    • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
    • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in implementing test automation in an Agile SCRUM environment
    • Additional expertise in languages such as Java, VBScripts, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, HTML, Python, Perl, .Net, Unix
    • Experience working in a global organization
    • Experience with onshore/offshore model with hybrid teams

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Test analysis, planning, execution, and orchestration of testing activities
    • Conduct testing audit and governance activities
    • Develop detailed Program Increment level test plans
    • Execute automation scripts, prepare execution reports, and log defects
    • Coordinate user acceptance test/E2E analysis and test activities
    • Coordinate test activities with upstream/downstream stakeholders
    • Create test metrics and report on test activities
    • Manage and maintain testing-related documentation
