Join our team as a Quality Assurance Consultant in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. This contract position requires a dynamic professional with expertise in quality assurance and testing technologies. You will lead QA efforts, coordinate with teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for sprint teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to streamline processes.
• Track project health and address risks proactively.
• Prepare and execute functional and automation tests.
• Communicate effectively with clients and senior partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in both manual and automation testing techniques.
• Experience with accessibility testing and generic AI implementation in testing.
• Ability to lead and manage offshore teams effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
