Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join our team supporting ATM platform testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional/manual testing, UI testing, and Agile tools such as Jira and a proven ability to plan and execute regression testing, document defects with due diligence, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and firmware issues in a lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, document, and execute regression tests for ATM application releases.
• Troubleshoot issues to isolate root causes across software, hardware, and firmware.
• Document defects and issues with clear, reproducible steps and due diligence.
• Assess and refine Epics, Stories, and bugs within Agile ceremonies.
• Create test plans and detailed test cases/scripts aligned to release scope.
• Perform hands-on testing on physical ATM devices in a lab setting, five days onsite.
• Install software builds, prepare data, and communicate test environment issues.
• Execute exploratory and UAT testing and partner with business stakeholders for acceptance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Functional/manual testing expertise, including UI testing and data manipulation.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and test management/defect tracking using Jira.
• Experience testing devices in a lab environment and working with hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to push back when needed.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience level: 5-6 years in software testing or quality assurance roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ATM or embedded device platforms.
• Background in UAT coordination and stakeholder collaboration.

Additional Details

• Start timeframe: November. Video interview required. One to two interview rounds. In-person presence required.
• Work setting: Five days onsite in a shared lab environment.
• Primary skill: Functional/Manual Testing. Secondary skill: Agile tools (Jira).
