Quality Assurance Analyst:

Location: Tallahassee, FL

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in manual testing, automation testing, Agile development, requirements analysis, and API testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure software quality and successful application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and functional requirements.

• Design, develop, maintain, and scale automation testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.

• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using the Page Object Model (POM).

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Test REST APIs and microservices using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools.

• Utilize Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server (TFS) for test management and defect tracking.

• Participate in Agile development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and Joint Application Development (JAD) meetings.

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, process models, and workflow diagrams.

• Identify software defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.

• Create and maintain comprehensive testing and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, agency representatives, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• 7%2B years of Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis experience.

• 7%2B years of Agile software development experience.

• 7%2B years of manual and automation testing experience.

• 7%2B years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or TFS.

• 7%2B years of experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, including Page Object Model.

• 7%2B years of experience using Selenium or similar automation tools.

• 7%2B years of requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and JAD techniques.

• 7%2B years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• 7%2B years of experience creating technical specifications, process flows, and documentation.

• 5%2B years of REST API and microservices testing experience.

• Proficiency with Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent API testing tools.
