Requirements
- 6 years or more of Quality Assurance Analyst experience with data mapping, business process testing, and software quality validation.
- Proficiency in Emphasys with 3 years or more of hands-on experience.
- Experience with HDS for 3 years or more supporting enterprise software environments.
- Experience in state government environments for 3 years or more, including stakeholder coordination and enterprise system initiatives.
- Experience with process documentation, Statements of Work, change orders, software modification requests, and end-user support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead data mapping, quality assurance testing, and validation activities during enterprise software implementation.
- Perform business process reviews and recommend workflow, procedure, and system functionality improvements.
- Coordinate with project leadership, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and software vendors to resolve system issues.
- Track software defects and support requests through vendor ticketing systems while identifying recurring application pain points.
- Develop change documentation, reports, presentations, training materials, and supporting materials for system enhancements.
- Evaluate user needs and recommend software or process changes that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
