Job Description 

We are seeking two experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Consultants to join a newly established Test Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). These roles will support enterprise-wide testing initiatives across multiple business process areas, systems, and environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Test CoE, functional teams, technical teams, and leadership to execute comprehensive testing strategies and protocols
  • Design, build, and maintain formal test plans, scripts, and testing documentation
  • Document testing outcomes, results, defects, and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
  • Configure and execute test automation tools leveraging enterprise frameworks
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test cases from business processes and functional requirements
  • Execute automated and manual test cases and report defects
  • Support test planning for integration and regression testing
  • Manage and maintain test data for automated execution
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements and scalability
  • Perform defect tracking, documentation, and assist with root cause analysis
  • Generate test execution reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Assist in mentoring and training team members on automation best practices
  • Stay current with testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer/Analyst (manual + automation)
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience documenting end-to-end business processes and developing QA test scripts
  • Ability to interpret business requirements, functional and technical designs, and produce testing artifacts
  • Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury processes

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (Commander and TBox)
  • Experience testing SAP and SaaS enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA migrations and change impact analysis
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Testing experience with web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms
  • Tricentis Tosca Certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Professional)
  • Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python)
  • SQL knowledge for data validation
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
