"Providing tactical site support to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Health Authority, Alcon Quality Manual, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards
"Independently review and coordinate labeling artwork changes driven by the global lifecycle management, package engineering, and supplier quality teams
"Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principles
"Apply specialized knowledge to make significant decisions and perform tasks to achieve objectives in Quality Assurance Compliance and contribute to the organization's overall compliance
"Facilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes, identifying opportunities for improved process efficiencies and implementing changes
Minimum Requirements:
"Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent years of related experience)
Desired Competencies:
"Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form
"Highly attentive to details and comfortable speaking up
"Self-driven and action oriented
