Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• 3+ years of State Government experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Emphasys.
• 3+ years of experience with HDS.
• 6+ years of experience with Data Mapping.
• 6+ years of experience with Business Process Testing & Improvement.
• 6+ years of experience with Process & Procedure Documentation.
• 6+ years of experience creating Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, AND Software Modification Requests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with End User Support.

Job Description
The State of South Carolina – SC Housing is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead to lead data mapping and quality assurance activities during the final stages of a software implementation within an internal business program area.
This position reports to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager and works closely with the Project Manager, Project Sponsor, software vendors, internal staff, and subject matter experts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for mapping complex spreadsheets to enterprise software data fields, reviewing business processes, identifying software functionality gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting quality assurance efforts.
The role also involves documenting software issues, managing vendor helpdesk tickets, identifying opportunities for software modifications, and preparing Statements of Work, Change Orders, and Software Modification Requests.
The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and software vendors to improve business processes, procedures, software functionality, and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead business process and software data mapping activities, including mapping complex spreadsheet data to enterprise software fields.
• Conduct enterprise software reviews and quality assurance analysis during the final stages of software implementation.
• Review existing business processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvements and increased efficiency.
• Perform business process testing and recommend enhancements to software functionality and operational workflows.
• Work with internal staff and subject matter experts to identify software pain points, functional gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document software problems, create vendor helpdesk tickets, and track daily ticket status and resolution progress.
• Recommend enterprise software modifications and improvements to better support business requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between the agency Project Manager, software vendor, project sponsor, and internal program staff.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, correspondence, and reports supporting software Change Orders and Statements of Work.
• Develop and document Software Modification Requests based on identified business needs.
• Provide process and procedure documentation, user guidance, and training for recommended business process changes.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to improve software usability, business operations, and customer satisfaction.
