Quality And Safety Manager

Our client is a family-owned packaging manufacturer that delivers both custom and stock corrugated packaging solutions to customers across a variety of industries. With advanced production facilities in Wisconsin, the company manufactures millions of corrugated products each year and serves businesses throughout the Midwest. Renowned for its customer-centric approach, rapid response times, commitment to quality, and ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology, the organization provides comprehensive packaging, design, fulfillment, and logistics solutions that enhance product protection, strengthen brand presentation, and optimize supply chain performance.

Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably). Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level. Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams. Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures. Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism. Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization. Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance. Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

Experienced people manager. Background in manufacturing. Experience managing safety initiatives. Experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred. Sponsorship not provided.

$90k-$120k base salary depending on experience. 6-8% quarterly bonus incentives. 401(k) matching. Full health, dental, vision insurance through BCBS. HSA account. Tuition assistance. 3 weeks PTO.
