Quality And Safety Manager
Our client is a family-owned packaging manufacturer that provides both custom and stock corrugated packaging solutions across a diverse range of industries. With advanced manufacturing operations based in Wisconsin, the company produces significant volumes of corrugated products each year and serves customers throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and neighboring states. Recognized for its customer-centric approach, rapid response times, commitment to quality, and ongoing investment in leading manufacturing technologies, the organization delivers packaging, design, fulfillment, and logistics services that help customers protect products, strengthen brand presence, and optimize supply chain performance.
The successful applicant will:
- Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.
- Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.
- Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization.
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance.
- Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

The successful applicant will have:
- Experienced people manager
- Background in manufacturing
- Experience managing safety initiatives
- Experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred
