Job Summary
We are seeking Quality and Cleans Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or technical background who are eager to start a career in the semiconductor industry. Selected candidates will receive world-class training to become First-Rate Semiconductor Technicians, using their problem-solving skills on cutting-edge mechanical and electrical systems.
Job Description
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
- Accurately log data and document all process activities
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in a cleanroom environment
- Assist in improving equipment performance and process efficiency
Skills Required
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Windows, and must be able to pass a technical assessment.
- Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to spend the majority of the time on the manufacturing floor, including walking long distances and standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Must have the permanent right to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Must have documented experience in a technical or mechanical field (e.g., previous job, military training, or technical/vocational school).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Requirements
- B Shift (Night): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Pay rate
- $26-30 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
