Quality Management System Specialist

Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System (QMS).

Manage and oversee all customer claims activities across both business units, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.

Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards and requirements.

Assist with document control processes, procedure updates, and quality records management.

Contribute to management reviews and prepare quality performance reports and metrics.

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal process, product, and system audits.

Support customer and third-party audits, including audit preparation and follow-up activities.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensuring effective implementation and sustained results.

Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and applicable automotive quality standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen overall quality performance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Solid understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and quality management principles.

Experience with core automotive quality tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.

Previous involvement in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to identify root causes and drive effective corrective actions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Base Compensation up to $85,000
