    Shop Floor Technician
    Mon-Fri | 7:00am-3:30pm | Full-Time
    Crossville, TN

    The Shop Floor Technician will support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with product assembly, quality inspections, testing, and general production tasks. This role works closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to help ensure products meet company standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in developing their skills within a manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:
    -Assemble products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
    -Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
    -Assist with product testing and document test results as required
    -Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures
    -Identify and report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
    -Support production by preparing materials, components, and workstations
    -Perform basic soldering tasks as needed after appropriate training
    -Assist with rework and repair of products when necessary
    -Help maintain accurate production and quality documentation
    -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
    -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    -Follow all company quality standards, policies, and safety procedures

    Requirements:
    -Previous manufacturing experience preferred
    -Assembly experience preferred but not required
    -Quality inspection experience preferred but not required
    -Soldering experience preferred but not required
    -Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documentation
    -Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
    -Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
    -Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are a plus
    -Strong communication and teamwork skills
    -Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    -Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
    -Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
