    MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Validates quality metrics and authorizes project-level Quality Management Plans to ensure rigorous adherence to established engineering and operational standards.
    • Approve internal audit schedules, evaluate systemic performance trends, and authorize mitigation strategies for identified deficiencies.
    • Provide expert guidance on Compliance Frameworks and lead Cross-Functional Reviews to maintain process integrity.
    • Validates performance compliance matrices and authorizes quality control checks for joint theater distribution nodes, expeditionary facility designs, and tactical knowledge management repositories.
    • Approve quality assurance gates for Host Nation training materials and platform maintenance protocols across the regional Special Operations theater.
    • Lead complex evaluations of supply chain tracking data and authorize risk-mitigation measures for austere environment deployments.
    • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

    NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Senior Level

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
    • Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval, quality gate oversight, and leading process evaluation teams for complex operational programs.

    Midlevel

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
    • Must demonstrate the ability to draft technical quality documentation, execute established standard operating procedures, and maintain compliance metrics

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
    • Strong experience managing quality control systems for multimodal supply chains or austere facility operations within a military environment.

    Clearance Required:

    • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
