Quality Analyst
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $20 – $27/hr
Shift: Day Shift
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Quality Analyst is responsible for continually improving production, support, and administrative processes to meet company objectives including sales, on-time delivery, efficiency, and reduction of returns. This role applies ISO 9001 standards, root cause and corrective action methods, preventive action, management review, PDCA cycles, basic quality tools, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to drive continuous improvement in products and processes. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive, fair, and collaborative work environment aligned with CCL core values.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and internal auditing practices
Ability to prepare, perform, and report internal audits
Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in quality tools: Pareto charts, cause & effect diagrams, flowcharts, SPC, PDCA
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S preferred
Understanding of basic statistics and process variation (Normal, Binomial, Poisson, Weibull)
Knowledge of acceptance sampling (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 or MIL-STD-105E)
Experience with document control, configuration control, records control, and nonconforming product management
Ability to perform basic inspections using measuring and test equipment
Basic project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
ASQ certifications (CQA, CQE, CQA Analyst, or Lean Certification) preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; report safety concerns immediately
Support compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulations
Manage internal audit program per ISO 9001 requirements and internal procedures
Manage corrective action system, ensuring proper root cause analysis and documentation
Apply SPC methods to analyze process performance and drive improvements with engineering and production teams
Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, and First Article Inspections
Identify and segregate nonconforming product; maintain accurate records
Support and host customer and third-party audits as company representative
Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and specifications
Assist in quality planning and improvement of work instructions and production documentation
Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, production, or schedule to management immediately
Maintain company equipment and report any issues affecting operations
Perform additional duties as assigned
