The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering person-centered support that helps individuals and families thrive in the community.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesProvide person-centered support to individuals and familiesCollaborate with team members and service providers to ensure continuity of careMaintain timely, accurate documentation and service recordsUse strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to manage daily responsibilitiesRequirementsRelated Human Services degree and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, orNon-related degree and at least 4 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and computer skillsA genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilitiesJob DetailsJob type: Part-timeSchedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through FridayLocation: Asheville, Forest City and Hendersonville, North Carolina area.Pay: Competitive wagesBenefitsDentalVisionAflacTravel reimbursementWhy Join Us?
