Description

QEWI for FISP

SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) to perform FISP (Local Law 11) facade inspections on a part-time, per-building basis in New York City.

We are looking for:
• A NYS-licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect
• At least 7 years of facade inspection experience on buildings over six stories
• Experience preparing and filing FISP reports with NYC DOB

Our team supports field coordination, access and filing. If you are interested in flexible work as projects come in, please send your resume.

Compensation: $100.00 - $175.00 per hour
