AdeptHR is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Qualification Specialist - Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and applicants. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to placement
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
Perform background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings
Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation
Utilize recruiting tools, databases, and sourcing strategies to build pipelines
Match qualified candidates to client job requirements
Provide excellent client service and maintain ongoing communication
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes
Track recruiting activity and maintain reports
Requirements
Must Have:
Experience in recruiting or staffing
Ability to manage multiple candidates and job orders simultaneously
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual in Spanish
Nice to Have:
Experience with high-volume recruiting
Familiarity with HR compliance processes (I-9, E-Verify, onboarding)
