Job Summary:
o Design and develop scalable and efficient architectural solutions using QI CJM, QI Digital Advantage Suite, QI Scaler, Quadient Inspire Interactive, and Quadient Inspire.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
o Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
o Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
o Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the overall system performance and user experience.
o Ensure the architectural solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
