Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop team members to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a QSR or fast-food restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
