Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at multiple restaurants ensuring operational excellence and brand compliance
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and staffing
- Support General Managers with problem-solving, equipment issues, and vendor coordination
- Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders to build a high-performance team
- Drive sales growth and manage labor, food costs, and controllables to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and labor laws across all locations
- Provide clear communication between franchise leadership and restaurant teams with regular updates and reports
Desired Experience & Education
- Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and P&L oversight
- Proven ability to coach and develop management teams effectively
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
