District Manager – Firehouse Subs (Austin, TX)

Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people-focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Austin area. If you’re a passionate leader who loves developing teams, driving strong operations, and creating an outstanding guest experience, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a brand that values heart, hustle, and community.

What You’ll Do

As our District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your market’s success. You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams
  • Ensure operational excellence across all locations
  • Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability
  • Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards
  • Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Implement company initiatives and execute training programs
  • Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance
  • Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development
What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on, people-first management style
  • Ability to travel between Austin-area stores regularly
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
