QRM Application Support Engineer

QRM Application Support Engineer needs 5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages B

QRM Application Support Engineer requires:

* QRM tech engineer specialized in installation of that software, troubleshoot, upgrade in AWS cloud environment;

* AWS Infrastructure Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions etc.

* Terraform

* PowerShell scripting

* MS SQL

* Familiarity with analytical tools.

* Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative team player, and able to work in a matrixed environment across LOBs, positive attitude, team player, self-starter.

* Vendor management/negotiating skills

* QRM

* JASON

* CI/CD

* Gitlab

* Windows Powershell

QRM Application Support Engineer duties:

o* Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability

o* Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities

o* Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software

o* Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies

o* Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis

o* Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
