The company offers a collaborative environment where employees have the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, partner with major customers, and contribute to long-term operational success.Job DescriptionLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality, environmental, and operational management systems.Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through effective system management.Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits while driving corrective and preventive actions.Host and support external audits from customers, certification bodies, and compliance organizations.Maintain and continuously improve quality manuals, procedures, processes, and documentation.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances using structured root cause analysis methodologies.Deliver training and guidance on management systems, quality standards, and process controls.Serve as the primary quality contact for OEM customers, managing daily quality activities and expectations.Analyze returned products, identify trends, and drive product and process improvements.Prepare and manage PPAP documentation and material compliance submissions.Facilitate FMEAs, risk assessments, and other core quality tools to support product and process development.Support customer environmental requests, surveys, and compliance initiatives.Participate in production and project meetings to address quality performance and continuous improvement opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
