Position Details

As a QMAP/Caregiver, you will provide dependable medication support and assist with occasional caregiving needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Administering medications within QMAP guidelines
• Supporting the client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing light meals
• Completing light household chores
• Promoting comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
• Accurately documenting care and medication administration
