To be successful as a QIS Technology- Tech Lead, you should have:
Knowledge in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java
Experience with Python and able to leverage it to create fit for purpose solutions
Experience with reporting solutions like Power BI and creating user friendly reporting solutions using structured and unstructured data
Experience in working with Quantitative Strategies or Indices and relevant product knowledge related to Equity and/or Commodity derivatives
Ability in working with database and data stores – Oracle, SQL Server
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
Validated ability to oversee and develop high-performing teams of 4–8 professionals
Experience working in a Front Office environment, partnering closely with Trading and Structuring teams
Experience with Docker, Cloud technologies, and Kubernetes
Knowledge of KDB

This role is located in our New York, NY office.
Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
